Acceptance Criteria
A foreign-invested partnership company may make a filing when all of the following conditions are met:
1. There is an alteration in the company's filing items.
2. If the company's filing items must be reported for approval in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, they must be approved by the relevant licensing department(s).
3. Where all partners or the specified persons nominated in the partnership agreement have made a decision.
