An applicant may apply for deregistration when all of the following conditions are met:
1. The branch office is closed by the affiliate.
2. The branch office is ordered to close down.
3. The business license of the branch office is suspended, or the branch office is revoked.
4. If the deregistration must be reported for approval in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, it must be approved by the relevant authority.
