A foreign-invested limited liability company may make a filing when all of the following conditions are met:
1. There is an alteration in the company's filing items.
2. Those whose businesses involve the Special Administrative Measures for Foreign Investment Access or foreign mergers and acquisitions shall be subject to the approval of the approving authority.
3. If the company's filing items must be reported for approval in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, they must be approved by the relevant approving authority.
4. Where the company has made a resolution or decision in accordance with laws.
