A foreign-invested limited liability company may apply for a change when all of the following conditions are met:
1. The registration information of the company is changed.
2. If the company's changed items must be reported for approval in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, they must be approved by the relevant approving authority.
3. Those whose businesses involve Special Administrative Measures for Foreign Investment Access or foreign mergers and acquisitions shall be subject to the approval of the approving authority.
4. The company makes the resolution or decision on alteration in accordance with laws.
