Social investment simple and low-risk engineering construction project refers to those that are invested or mainly invested by privates companies, foreign companies or companies from China's Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan, and the coverage area of each building is no more than 10,000 square meters and the height is no more than 24 meters, including those industrial workshops and warehouse projects with simple functions and technical requirements, except for projects involving high energy consumption, production and storage of inflammable, explosive, toxic and harmful substances or having a great impact on the ecological environment.
