A foreign-invested partnership company may apply for a change when all of the following conditions are met:
1. The registration information of the foreign-invested partnership company is changed.
2. If the company's changed items must be reported for approval in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, they must be approved by the relevant approving authority.
3. All partners of the partnership company or a person specified in the partnership agreement have made the decision on the change.
